Since 1986 The Friends of The Dowse have offered their support to New Zealand tertiary students through an Award scheme designed to encourage innovation and creativity specifically in the areas of design and craft.
The Friends of The Dowse offer these awards to provide an opportunity for students to step into creative industries with a coveted award to their name, and to gain financial assistance.
